The male orgasm occurs as the male ejaculates. Female stimulation is the prominent natural cause of male orgasm and ejaculation. The woman may also be stimulated to her orgasm with this action, greatly enhancing the "man - woman" mutual satisfaction. Premature ejaculation (PE) is an ejacuation which occurs before the female and the male would consider "normal" or "mutually acceptable and desireable".
Where ejaculation occurs before the male has experienced the desired female stimulation, such as vaginal insertion, and before the female has experienced any satisfaction at all, this is PE (premature ejaculation).
In essence, with PE the timing of the ejaculation is involuntary and uncontrollable. In extreme cases PE may occur without any sexual stimulation at all. PE may be brought on by a bad life experience. It is best to treat PE early, eliminating embarrassing spontaneous ejaculations and being rewarded with good sexual relationships from then on.
The treatment for PE (premature ejaculation) may also be considered as PE (physical education) for a healthy sex life.
